At Display Craft Shop, we stand behind the quality of our professional display solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our commercial display panels, AV equipment, or business furniture, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for your convenience.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their specialized nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-configured AV Carts w/ Mounts & Cabinets
- Made-to-order Banner Stands & Flags
- Personalized Business Furniture
- Opened CD & DVD Displays
- Installed Ceiling Display Systems
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your request using the template below.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories.

Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns, but clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement product you’d like.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

- Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product received
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
