Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your commercial display products arrive safely.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch (for orders over $50)
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our professional display panels, AV equipment, and business furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their specialized nature, these products cannot be returned:
- Custom-configured AV Carts with Mounts & Cabinets
- Made-to-order Banner Stands & Flags
- Personalized Business Furniture
- Opened CD & DVD Displays
- Installed Ceiling Display Systems
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service at [email protected] using the template below.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories.

United States Use a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Follow the same process as returns, but clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement product.
Refund Information
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
