We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product dimensions are approximate.

2.2 Custom Products

The following custom products cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-configured AV Carts with Mounts & Cabinets
  • Made-to-order Banner Stands & Flags
  • Personalized Business Furniture
  • Installed Ceiling Display Systems

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

3.3 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in USD. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any import fees or customs clearance requirements.

User Responsibility: You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. The following are non-returnable:

  • Customized products (as listed in section 2.2)
  • Opened CD & DVD displays
  • Items without original packaging

5.2 Return Process

  2. Wait for our RMA authorization (within 2 business days)

  4. Use a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are your responsibility)

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Our products come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Display Craft Shop’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for:
